Maintenance is essential to well functioning!

For all our equipments and installations  periodic maintenance is of great importance. To guarantee well functioning it’s necessary to do regular maintenance, this will also extend the lifespan of your installation.  

Maintenance work: 

Your ionization or UV equipment  is in many cases exposed to circumstances which will cause them to deteriorate, like high air humidity and a polluted airflow.

When maintaining an ionization of UV unit the following actions need to be taken:

• Function control
• Cleaning / replacing dustfilters 
• Cleaning and checking all electric contacts in your ionization equipment
• Cleaning and possible replacement of your ionization or UV tubes
• Cleaning of the air entrances and exits in your equipment
• Adjusting ionization or UV production levels
  

The lifespan of ionization tubes lies around 3 years, after this period they will need replacement to keep them working.  The frequency of maintenance depends on the situation, this can vary between once every 2 years until 4 times a year.
